Moctar Coulibaly is an activist for a Malian
NGO called AMADIP, a broad campaigning group resisting the
neo-liberal consensus in his country.
Moctar is visiting Scotland as the second part of a Jubilee
Scotland project which saw Ben Young, Jubilee Scotland's National
Co-ordinator, go out to Mali last year to learn about campaigning
and the strings attached to Mali's debt relief.
Moctar will be here to learn about how we campaign in Scotland,
and to discuss how World Bank and IMF economic policies are
affecting his country.
